Privacy notice

This notice explains what information COLORIR (also called Quarto de Colorir) collects when you use this site, why, where it is stored and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who is responsible

COLORIR is run from Brazil by Quarto de Colorir. For anything about your data, write to contato@quartodecolorir.com.br.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Your email address (required) and your first name (optional).
• Your Room Map answers: what you tell us about your child and their room, such as an age range, what calms them, what they love, the room's size and whether it is shared. Please don't enter your child's full name or anything you would not want to share.
• Your consent, with the date it was given, and the page language.
• Campaign information from the link you arrived on (for example "utm_source=pinterest"), so we know which channels work. It does not identify you.

Some Room Map answers can describe a child's needs, for example sensory sensitivities. We only use them to build your plan and our product content, and we treat them with extra care.

Why we use it

• To send you your Room Map result and plan.
• To send you emails about COLORIR, such as room-planning ideas and our products, if you agreed to receive them.
• To understand, in aggregate, what families need, so we can improve our guides.

Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); LGPD Art. 7, I, and Art. 14 for information about children, given by a parent or guardian). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored

Form data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, a cloud database provider. It may be stored on servers outside your country. Supabase processes it only on our behalf.

Purchases are made on Hotmart, which processes your payment and delivers your download under its own privacy policy. Hotmart shares with us the name and email you used to buy, so we can support your purchase. We never see your card details.

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don't share it with anyone except the providers named on this page, and only to run the service.

Analytics and cookies

At the moment this site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of a purchase).

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop emailing you (withdraw consent).

Write to contato@quartodecolorir.com.br from the address you signed up with. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the ANPD in Brazil, or your local authority in the EU or UK.

Unsubscribe

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email or write to contato@quartodecolorir.com.br and ask us to remove you.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you by email.
